My circumstances:
we are a married couple with two children still at home. our debts amounted to a shocking £86k which we struggled to make minimum payments for. no equity as renting from local authority.
My interaction with the company:
i filled in the online form on a bank holiday weekend and cleardebt rang me the next day. they told me we would be suitable for an iva and sent a pack out to us in post.we filled in the forms and returned them,our creditors meeting was 6 weeks later and to our relief was accepted.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them so high as it is what they deserve for the totally non judgemental way in which they treated us when we were feeling embarrased about our level of debt.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
i was impressed with the whole service given but in particular with the kindness shown by our personal advisor maya premjee.

we are currently entering our third year and while the budgeting has been a hard lesson to learn we are so glad to have our iva. our dividend is 29p in the £ but with extra payments made after overtime this should increase by the end of the 5 years

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
