| I am a teacher living in Essex, I had 50k of debt and negative equity. |

| I rang them, Olivia was great she listened and I no longer felt stupid or hopeless. My options were discussed and an IVA was the best solution. After completing the form etc it was accepted at the creditor meeting. |

| I gave them 10 out of 10 because they were there every step of the way, supported me and explained everything clearly. |
