My circumstances:
Myself and my wife had ammassed debts of aorunf £45000, we had had zero equity to release and could no longer meet all creditor payments.
My interaction with the company:
I trawled the internet and found this site, after looking at the forum and feedback for this company I phoned them to discuss my options. They were very helpful and mangaed my case with the upmost professionalism. IVA approved with olny minor mods that do not really affect our family. Very relieved to comencing IVA and look foward to a time without debt.<br> I would whole heartedly recommend the IVA bureau

Very busy at the moment i guess, maybe the time frame from first contact to IVA meeting

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
