| i had already chosen another company to represent me but i was unsure of their commitment to me so i changed to melanies team sooooo glad i did |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| they do exactly what they say they are going to do!! no ifs no buts |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| getting me approved for an iva when the other company told me no chance |
| One thing they did - which I felt could be improved: |
| that their offices were a little nearer to where i live<br> so i could go and thank them personally!! |
