My circumstances:
I am a single women with debts of £41,000. I own a property with very little equity.I was cash pointing money to pay other credit cards and was paying £800 a month in credit card and loans, leaving me no money at all to live on , so i was using my cards again.<br> IVA was accepted and now i make just 1 payment a month of £280 this is so much better and i can now slep at night.
My interaction with the company:
When i called regarding my debts. I was worried and embaressed. I shouldnt of beeen because all the staff who i spoke to made me feel comfertable and explained every thing to me step by step.<br> And didnt mind when i kept asking questions, and called them back to clarify.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated this company 9/10 because they were very help full. explained every thing as we went along. assited me with any problems and ensured that the action i was taking was the best for me.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Never no pressure.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
may be when the first set of paperwork arrived. a step by step list of what will happen. 
Other points
I am now able to afford the monthy payments. I now will pay £17,400 OFF MY £41,000 debt. and will be sebt free in 5 years

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
