My circumstances:
I am an office manager living in Oxfordshire. I had £25k of unsecured debt (two credit cards and car HP).
My interaction with the company:
I was initially with a debt management company. They suggested I apply for an IVA. I had an hour long interview with an advisor who confirmed my situation suited an IVA. All correspondence with sent promptly, the whole process was not as bad as I had imagined. My IVA was accepted at my creditors meeting one month after having initially applied. Three years of worry is over!
Why I gave the ratings I did:
McCambridge Duffy were excellent. They assured me through every step of the IVA process, I couldnt recommend them highly enough!
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Their interpersonal skills were excellent - I am a worrier and they reassured me through every step.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
They went a bit quiet during the two weeks between me returning my application form and the creditors meeting, which was a bit unnerving. 
Other points
I now have 60 payments of set monthly amount to pay. I feel as though I am still going to be paying off most of the money I owe, less the interest that had been tacked on.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
