My circumstances:
I cant understand there wage reviews, I have had an IVA for the last 18 months and every six months they do a review. the only problem is they include the ones from the three months before what they have already reviewed. which knocked my payment up and then they are using these ones again which will knock it up AGAIN...how do you explain this and also I am recieving letters saying I am not paying enough, I pay by direct debit what payment they request, so how can I not be paying enough. THIS IVA was the worst thing Ive ever done. and is anybody looking into these companies and the fees they charge. It must be wrong.......people do desperate things when they are in pressure to make life easier and its just made it worse!!

IN the beginning when they want your custom, isnt that a suprise!!
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
WEll for the money they charge you, better communication. thats what there charging you for to manage your debts...........all there managing is there fees!!

Comment: IVA's are legally binding - an IP has a liscence so a governing body called "R3" is monitoring the IP's - in an IVA, the rules are set by the Insolvency Act of 1986 so thats why your reviews are done as stated above. The fee's are surprisingly completed justified and agreed with by your creditors at the time of the meeting for the IVA

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
