| My circumstances: |
| Me & my husband had joint debts of around £80k and didnt know where to turn. I had heard about IVAs and contacted a couple of companies. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| Jones Giles were much more friendly, helpful & professional than anyone other IVA company that we contacted and were highly recommended here & on the forums. They did everything they said they would, when they said. The only delay in the proposal was down to our creditors not Jones Giles. |

| I gave them 10 out of 10 because they offer the best possible service & are very knowledgeable. |
