My circumstances:
I am a legal editor, I earn 21K. I had debts of around 25K. No equity or savings.
My interaction with the company:
After being terrified, bullied and messed around by totally useless IVA companies (Blair Endersby and the company Melanie Nicholas and Melanie Giles work for- emails and recorded phone calls to prove this is not liable- Debt Free Direct were kind, understanding, helpful and efficient. They didnt push me into anything or waste my time. I didnt feel scared or alone.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I have rated them so highly because they kept me informed at every step. The modification to my IVA proposal was very fair and realistic. They were efficient and their aim was to help me work my way out of debt rather than to make some money from me like one of the above mentioned companies did by refering me to their other company for a DMP that I would have been stuck in til I was over 60!!!
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
They were always on the other end of the phone with honest, realistic answers.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Im sorry but I cannot fault them, they were speedy, polite, helpful, understanding....  
Other points
I am so relieved that I will be debt free in the forseeable future. THANK YOU DEBT FREE DIRECT!!!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
