| My circumstances: |
| My husband and I ended up in debt to the amount of £92k after having had years of low pay, and living on credit cards - no equity left in our property - things became too much and we had to bite the bullet, come up with a solution or lose our home. |
| My interaction with the company: |
| I had a call back from Andy at Re10, who was (and is) very sympathetic to our problems. We received the docs after an IVA was recommended, duly completed and returned, and after an initial adjournment, at the final creditors meeting our proposed IVA was accepted, with a few modifications. Throughout this whole experience, everyone we have dealt with at Re10 have been friendly and efficient and always able to assist. |

| I rated them 10/10 because they have been available throughout for any random questions, and always patient. They have not judged us in any way. They have done their utmost to help us in our time of need, for which I will always be grateful |

| I have learnt that credit cards are EVIL! If I can get through 5 years with no credit, I certainly dont intend to start again. The dividend is 60p/100. |
