|i was a warehouse worker and became heavily in debt when my wife became ill for 3months and we only had my wages to live on and the companies that we owed money to would not listen or help.|
|My interaction with the company:|
|i phoned them to help with debt problems they listeved to what i had to say and did not judge me in any way,they sent me out information about them and debt solvency and forms for me to fill in which i did and sent back. They came up with amouny that we could afford every month, then we had someone call from another dept with in the company telling us about iva and saying that if accepted this would be best for our situation if we wanted to go ahead.|
|Why I gave the ratings I did:|
|I gave them io out of 10 due to the fact that they listened and most of all they explained everything to you so that you understood what was happening. We were getting phone calls from debters we rang and told them and the phone calls soon stopped we felt we could answer the phone again we had our lives back. Any threatening letters we were sent we just sent them on to bridgestones and they were dealt with.|

|They listened, they did not judge, they helped,they were there for you when you needed them any time.|

|There is nothing they give a excellent service|
|We pay our monthly payment and we are living our lives with no worries about people phoning and we have money in our pockets and in the bank. This has helped us to manage our finances better as we now save if we need to buy anything and can not be tempted to get credit cards and loans which you are tempted to get for a easy life.|
