My circumstances:
I am an IT worker in surrey and was struggling with @ 40k of unsecured debt. I had tried the consolidation route but ended up with more credit card debt till I got to the point where I could no longer manage my creditors.
My interaction with the company:
After spending time reading through the IVA website I contacted Melanie Giles through the website and I got a very prompt response by phone to review my situation. We discussed all of my options and agreed that an IVA would be the best course for me to take. In the next few days I gathered all the documentation together that was required to compile my proposal and once Id reviewed the inital proposal the creditors meeting was booked. To my great relief the creditors accepted the proposal with a couple of very minor changes.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Melanie and her team were genuinely understanding and completely professional in the handling of my case. The proposal was completed in a short space of time and at each stage I was encouraged to ask questions and keep in close contact with them. I cant thank them enough.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
