My circumstances:
I am an engineering manager and my wife is a nursery nurse. I had 75K of debt and very little equity in my property. A large amount of the debt was on credit cards, and I was struggling to meet the minimum payments, therefore not reducing the amount owed.
My interaction with the company:
I was supported throughout the IVA process. Although the original payment and payback period increased from the original proposal, this was still my best option.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
My rating was 8 out of 10, because everything was fully explained throughout the process, and they have helped with phone calls and letters received from creditors. My only complaint was how much the monthly payment increased from the initial enquiry. However, overall I am very pleased with the final outcome.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
Northern Rock were delaying the update of my situation, regarding a loan and my mortgage being linked, which lead to me paying my IVA payment and a loan payment symultaniously. After one phone call to Cleardebt, the situation was resolved within 2 hours and I am now waiting for a refund of the extra loan payments.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
Again, the initial figures could have been more accurate, as I feel my circumstances didnt change significantly from the first phone call to the confirmations. However the proposal increased by over £200. 
Other points
This process has provided me with a solution to my debt problems. I have written off 75K worth of debt, and the next 6 years will teach me to manage my finances more effectively.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
