My circumstances:
I retired and took money out of my home to buy other properties. All went very well until the recession when the lending stopped. I was unable to continue to pay my creditors as I couldnt remortgage and the proerties went into negative equity I also had a series of personal bereavements and other work did not materialise.
My interaction with the company:
I contacted National Debtline who referred me to McCmabridge Duffy. Many thanks to the initial person at Nat Debtline then a Huge thank you to Keith Maxwell who handled my case initially with great professionalism and excellent advice. Having been a manager of a specialist advice centre myself before retiring I was truely impressed from start to finish by the service I received from all (and I am not impressed easily!) so thank you again.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
