My circumstances:
i was a civil servant with approx £12000 debt, earning only £750 a month ad paying out at least £750 a month on credit cards and loans and rent etc
My interaction with the company:
i initially went online - read all their in depth info and then spoke with them on the phone. they sent out forms, which i duly completed and after all the ts were crossed and is were dotted it was done. super friendly and extremely helpful
Why I gave the ratings I did:
i rated them 9s and 10s because they were so helpful, explained everything i neede, what exactly would happen and now if i need to speak to them, theyre always on hand
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
the time and patience taken explaining and answering questions....from the start of my enquiry up to now....three years in
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing at all - tip top company!! 
Other points
im repaying 63p for every £1 i owe, i increase the payments yearly and have two years left to go. it was defiitely the best solution for me, but wont be ending up in that situation again!!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
