My circumstances:
I am a Barrister living in London. I had 29k of debt arising from studies and loans to cover my training. After much deliberation I decided I had no choice but to opt for an IVA and was fortunate enough to find Philip Gill during my research.
My interaction with the company:
After calling Philip Gill and going through the various options, they sent me all the necessary information and followed up on certain things I had not given them in a polite and timely fashion. After all the paperwork was completed I had a long telephone conversation with Susan Clay outlining all the options and the exact possible outcomes. She kindly answered various questions I had and took time and care over the entire process giving me supreme confidence in their abilities.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Susan Clay and Hywel Casling were exceptionally well informed, courteous, professional and as helpful as one could possibly imagine or hope for. They made what could be a very embarrassing and difficult decision into a positive experience and have helped me to get back onto my feet and given me a sense of relief for the first time in years.

They were incredibly efficient and always replied in a very speedy manner.

Other points
Going into an IVA is not an easy decision, but by using a knowledgeable firm and staff as charming as Susan and Hywel it is a decision one does not regret making. My IVA was accepted and I can breathe more easily knowing that my repayments are much lower each month and that my creditors are getting something back, which I feel is morally important to ensure.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
