| ordinary couple, 75k debt, reakised getting deeper by the month. Sold big house to pay off secured loan, but still too much to pay back. |

| Filled in web calculator, started off with Vincent Bond, passed to Mel @ iva bureau, never looked back. Weight off our minds. Learned how to live without credit now. |

| Mels team were superb, so was Viki at VB. No judgements or patronising, just help and reassurance. |
