My circumstances:
I am a manager living in London, I had 53k of debt and no assets.
My interaction with the company:
I phoned their contact number and went through everything, Its a very stressful time but they were very helpful and guided me through the whole process.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
The service they have given so far is first class, Im now two years into mine and any problems or letters that have come have been acted by them very quickly.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The speed they set everything up and the help that gave during a very stressful time.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
More information needs to be provided on the annual review, i.e what happens and most importantly that the payments may (not happened to me as yet) have to increase depending on your circumstances. 
Other points
Currently I am now adjusted to the tight budget. You acually can live without a credit card if you budget correctly. I now just have one of the new Cash Plus (prepay) mastercards so you can only spend what you have already put on the card but more importantly you get the same safe guards as a normal credit cards. So in future I will be sticking to a prepay for those times one might be needed, but generally these days its not needed with the correct budget being folowed.

Comment: Surely bankruptcy would have been the better route for you: you had no assets or income to protect through an IVA. And this should be the key factor in any IVA/bankruptcy decision.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
