My circumstances:
married couple with 3 children, £107k of debt, no equity. debts accumalted of 10 years after redundancy and children , robbing peter to pay paul for the last couple of years . had to do something as debts were spiralling out of control
My interaction with the company:
i emailed details on a fri pm and on monday am had a phone call to discuss details. all options were explained to me and iva was chosen. all docs sent back and propsoal issued very quicky . it was easy to read and explained everything. iva accpted with no modifications
Why I gave the ratings I did:
the professional service was superb. i would have given 11 out of 10 if i could
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
everything, every time we rang staff new who i was and what was going on.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
nothing 
Other points
iva accepted at 22p in the pound, approx £83k written off. i will bever take credit again, it has been a sobbering experience

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
