My circumstances:
My husband is a self employed lorry driver. I am a full time mum to 2 small children. Our debt was approx. £160k and was a result of trying to relocate our new business broad and another company going into liquidation owing us 16k. A constant round of consolidation, growing fuel prices and the current economic climate forced us to face the debt head on.
My interaction with the company:
After a lot of research I was lucky enough to find their website and from first phone call through to our face to face meeting in Cardiff, the service was calm, friendly, professional and efficient.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
Because Melanie Giles and her team do exactly what they say on the tin!!!!
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
I think that Melanie Giles never sleeps - her dedication on the IVA forum and to responding to her clients is beyond excellent!!

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
