| i rated them 10 out of 10 because of how straight forward the process was, everything was fully explained to me so i was never in the dark as to the stage of my IVA. |

| one thing which really inpressed me was the fact that everthing was crystal clear and see through. I was told what was going to happen and i could always speak to someone regarding the status of my Arrangement. |
