My circumstances:
I AM A TRUCK DRIVER FROM STOKE ON TRENT WITH 56K OF DEBT WITH A HOUSE BORDERING ON NEGATVE EQUITY. I WAS MAKING REPAYMENTS TO CREDITORS WHICH WERE MORE THAN MY INCOME. I WAS LIVING OFF MY CREDIT CARDS.
My interaction with the company:
AFTER CONSULTING DEBTWIZARD.COM WEB SITE WHICH I FOUND VERY INFORMATIVE SPOKE TO PEOPLE INVOLVED IN THE WEBSITE THEY ARRANGED FOR PHILIP GILL &CO TO CONTACT ME THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ADVISED ME OF MY OPTIONS AND RECOMMENDED IVA.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I RATED THEM 10/10 BECAUSE THROUHOUT ALL MY DEALINGS AND CONVERSATIONS WITH SUSAN CLAY, HYWEL CASLING AND MELANIE NICHOLAS THEY ALWAYS TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING TO ME AND PUT ME AT EASE.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
EVERY TIME I RANG WITH WITH QUESTIONS AND QUERIES SOMEONE WAS ALWAYS AVAILBLE WITH ANSWERS I WOULD SINGLE OUT HYWEL CASLING - ALWAYS VERY HELPFUL, NO HANGING ABOUT WAITING FOR RETURN CALLS.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
THE PROCESS SEEMED TO TAKE A LONG TIME BUT I PUT THIS DOWN TO THE CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS FALLING IN THE MIDDLE OF IT. 
Other points
IVA AGREED, DIVIDEND 27P PAYING £290 RISING TO £440 + PERCENTAGE OF OVERTIME.<br> I HAVE LEARNED TO TRY AND DO WITHOUT , TRY TO SAVE MORE, DONT LISTEN TO BANK CUSTOMER ADVISORS, CONSOLIDATION LOANS DONT WORK.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
