| Police Officer & wife living in Sussex combined 120k debt property 15k equity (sold). no other assets. |

| Good Contact Phone and e-mail, with quick response Documents good but a little confusing, dealt with several people never the same one twice. |
| Why I gave the ratings I did: |
| Quality was good Documents and e-mail contact was good, process did seem to take a long time but was over Christmas period. I dont feel I was told all the information up front I.E. did not know there were standard approved maximum limits for expenditure until I budgeted over them ! |
| One thing they did - which really impressed me: |
| Good clear IVA proposal document, all options explained clearly. Advice was given to match my circumstances. |
| One thing they did - which I felt could be improved: |
| Clearer budget information on limits and standard maximum limits for expenditure items. Would have saved time and helped me complete the forms quicker. |

| will payback about 45p in the pound of the debt if my circumstances dont change in next 5 years. |
