My circumstances:
My husband and I were both working full time when my husbands hours at work were cut due to the company going out of business. As our income went down we couldnt afford to pay all our debts. With two children and another one due we were under alot of stress.
My interaction with the company:
I was recommended to debt lifeboat my national debt line. I phoned them and gave all the details of our income and outgoings. They were sure they could help and sent out forms for us to fill in and send back.Some alterations were made to the arrangement and it was accepted at the creditor meeting.
Why I gave the ratings I did:
I rated the company very highly because they were always very helpful and friendly whenever I phoned with any problems or queries.
One thing they did - which really impressed me:
The company made you feel like they cared about your situation and that you were more than just a name on their books.
One thing they did - which I felt could be improved:
I cant think of anything that I have ever felt they could improve. I have recieved excellent service whilst the IVA was being arranged and during the five years we were paying it for. 
Other points
I have recieved my certificate of due completion this morning. Its such a weight off our minds now and so proud that we have managed to clear our debts. Our total debts were 52,000 and £30,000 was written off. I dont know what we wouldve done without the IVA. We are now looking forward to the future and looking forward to the birth of our 4th child in the summer which we waited for until we had paid of this debt. I have learnt to control the amount of debts that you have and also how to only purchaes things that you can afford.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
