I rang them, give my circumstances, we discussed my options and recommended an IVA. I received the proposals, which I signed and agreed. THe IVA was accepted at the creditors meeting with some slight modifications.

Spoke and emailed with all sorts of detail. Due to my circumstances bankruptcy was a no go. DM would have seen me to the grave, so IVA was suggested as the best solution. Both private and company documents all submitted followed by discussions betwixt IVA Bureau and my accountant. All this took time and diligence. But WOW what an outcome. My company and hence income are now able to continue and prosper and hopefully create enough wealth over the coming 5 years to payback more than the agreed 25% (approx)of my debts.

I found them through the iva.co.uk forum and made a call to them. the lady was very nice and went through everything with me. After it was confirmed IVa was my best option I then had a Case Manager allocated to me who looked after me and getting all my paperwork together. I met Melanie to go over my proposal and it seems within a couple of weeks my creditors meeting had happened and my IVA was accepted.
