My Circumstances: i am a 25 year old, got into debt with my ex boyfriens of nearly £20k, steve cook of bridgestones was absolutely fantastic, he went out of his way to help me and i now feel a million times better. 100% recommended. excellent. 5 stars.
Impressive Things: lowered the amount i paid because I told them I might struggle otherwise, Steve cook was great.

One thing they did - which really impressed me
At the beginning of the IVA, if I had to leave a message, I was always contacted back on the same day with any query answered

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
