I rang, they listened and advised I was given my opitions, recommended IVA, the paperwork arrived very quickly, as I had all the information they required to hand, I posted it back within 2 days, IVA accepted at the creditors meeting and approximately four week later the IVA was agreed with the courts and a huge wait lifted of my shoulders.

spoke to ruth who i dealt with she was fantastic would recomend anyone to talk to ruth always there at the end of the phone she even dealt with my harassing creditors cant fault them at all even sending me lots of pre paid envelpoes to send any correspondance from creditors

I completed and returned my proposal in a short time, after some minor changes the IVA was accepted at the creditor meeting. I found them to be friendly and helpful.

It would be wrong to pretend the process was free of stress, but that was circumstance, not the set up. We were very quickly on our way with the IVA. Be warned though, creditors do take their time to spread the news in their own , so you do still get phone calls for a fair while after the creditor meeting
