They listened to my plan and assessed it rather than make me do what they wanted. They understood in a recession I could not afford the rate I was paying and that it should be reduced. They understood long term the creditors benefit from the continued payments.

the best thing i ever did was to ring varden nuttall.they explained everything to me and advised an iva.all the debt letters and phone calls stopped and i felt like i had some help.

We rang Varden Nuttall and straight away were speaking to someone who instantly listened to our situation and was very understanding and patient. We were told that an IVA was our best option for our situation.
The necessary forms were sent out to us immediatly and once they were returned a creditors meeting was arranged and the IVA was excepted. In between the time of the IVA was being arranged , we were getting calls from our creditors, but Varden Nuttall were always available to speak to and give advice and did contact our creditors on our behalf.

i rang them, they were very quick to sent all the papers and take the deposit we were under to many health problems at this time so we trust them but they never explain properly and after one year they said is our fault bacause we never read properly
