My Interaction with company: I was very impressed with the company, Very professional, and provided excellent advice and guidance throughout the whole process of my IVA proposal which has been approved today (11-07-2012). Charlie Nash was the person I dealt with personally at the company, who was very understanding and polite about my situation. He was excellent in responding to questions I had whether it be via email or via a telephone call.

My Interaction with company: I rang them, and spoke to Olivia, she was amazing totally understood my situation and never once judged me. Charlie Nash drew up my proposal and again i have been amazed at the level of service i had from him, he was always available to answer my queries etc. The creditors meeting was held and my IVA was accepted, Caroline rang to give me the good news and again the service from her on the day of creditors meeting was exceptional.

My Interaction with company: I thought the inital phone was very helpful and the lady on the other end was very helpful and didnt judge you. Charlie Nash was great very helpful and made things look very possitive and took the pressure off me

My Interaction with company: My husband rang them,and they spoke to us about all our debts. Then the next day Charlie Nash phoned and said we stood a good chance of getting a IVA since if we went Bankrupt and having no equity the credit companys would get nothing. If it wasnt for xmas our IVA would have been thru in 5 weeks........ Everytime i phoned them with a query they were always very helpful and supportive. In the the end we had £40,000 worth of debt wiped out,25p in the pound we payed. I can now sleep at nite.....and WILL NEVER have another credit card.......busy saving for a rainy day rather than using plastic!!!!!!!

On the day of the creditors meeting, one bank had not replied. Tom went out of his way to get their response the same day, which meant that we got our positive answer within hours.

Why I gave the ratings I did
I rated Grosvenor partners as perfect 10 for every aspect of the IVA process, I really felt that I was getting the best in the way of advice and I felt that they really took the pressure off of me by dealing with my many creditors directly.

Synergi were aloof and cold, ClearDebt were certainly far better in the customer services stakes, which was clearly indicated when my partner was made redundant a short time ago. I contacted ClearDebt and was accomodated and later received a telephone call asking if they could help in any way.

    Good Points
    Very informative with lots of useful information. A lot of reviews on firms that really help understand their customer service and ability. The reviews appear to be genuine as they offer interesting insights. Didn't really use the the map but looks impressive!
    Bad Points
    The site is a bit cluttered and sometimes hard to navigate around.
    General Comments
    A useful site that is free to use and full of useful information about IVAs. If you are thinking of doing an IVA then this is a must use site.
